**What are the shipping fees?** Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders exceeding 100 Euro worldwide. All items are shipped 24-72 hours of your purchase using DHL/FEDEX or National Post. For special requests, please contact us at goldajuice@gmail.com. For orders below 100 Euro:
- Europe: 9.99 Euro
- International: 34.99 Euro
**ALL ORDERS SHIPPED VIA EXPRESS POST SERVICE**
- Barcelona: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Spain:3-4 business days after dispatch.
- International: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

**SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS THAN BILLING ADDRESS**
To reduce the risk of fraud with luxury item purchases, the Original Juice Company ships only to addresses that match the billing address provided at checkout. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your situation with our team.
**RETURNS AND EXCHANGES**
**Can return items if I'm not satisfied?**
Yes, frames can be returned within 7 days receipt for an exchange or store credit. All items must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Before returning any items, please reach out to our service department at goldajuice@gmail.com for a Return Authorization number (RA). This number should be written on the outside of the shipment box and marked on shipping documents as warranty returns.
**What if my frames arrive damaged or faulty?**
We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged frame, please contact our service department at goldajuice@gmail.com. We are dedicated ensuring your satisfaction.
**Will I receive a full refund?**
NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods in their original condition, a credit will be issued minus shipping charges Any costs incurred for returned items will be deducted from the credit. The 7-day return policy is strictly from the date of receipt. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
**How do I return glasses?**
Place the glasses back in their original packaging and seal the box. Write the RA number (provided by our service department at goldajuice@gmail.com) on the box. Ensure customs declarations are accurately filled out to avoid unnecessary import duties. Mark the shipment as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" on the documents. Any costs associated with returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If using a courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.), be aware of potential clearance charges that will also be deducted from the credit.
